What Clothing do i need?

Clothing for hiking

In general

I recommend clothing that dry fast. Pleas avoid cotton and prefer wool-, silk- and functional underwear in synthetic Material. This is perfect to stay dry and feel warm and fuzzy.

Please be aware to dress before you get cold (you will freeze very fast during a break or when wind is blowing). It is also very important to avoid sweating. That means: take off clothes before you get to warm. Sweating is the enemy of hikers! Wet clothes make you feel very fast frosty on your skin.

Shoes and socks

Hiking shoes with a good sole (Typ Vibramsohle® ).

This guarantees perfect hold on slippery underground and protect your feed. Be aware that can become blisters from new shoes. If you have new shoes please bring patches with you. I recommend to incur your shoes.

Hiking socks

New socks can also become very uncomfortable during hiking. Please was your new socks before using. I recommend to wear the socks a couple of hours after washing at home. I am serious, this helps really!

Please have always enough patches with you.
